Health issues can arise on short notice, so our Urgent Care Service is available to help with these issues during the day, 7 days a week (Please note that we are only available during daytime hours and are not a 24-hour emergency service.) If your pet needs same-day or next-day medical attention, our team is here to provide prompt and compassionate care in the comfort of your home.

What We Offer

Our Urgent Care Service brings many of the same services you would find at an urgent care facility, such as VEG or PetMedic, directly to your doorstep. This service is perfect for pet owners who prefer the convenience and comfort of a home visit rather than traveling to a clinic. Our experienced urgent care doctors can handle a wide range of medical issues, including:

Minor injuries and wounds
Vomiting, diarrhea, or other digestive issues
Lethargy
Skin, ear, and eye issues
Loss of appetite
Pain management
And more

How It Works

Reach out to us by phone, text, or email. Our client support team is available during the day, 7 days a week. Typically we can arrange a same-day visit from one of our skilled urgent care doctors, or next-day if you reach us later in the day. We strive to provide timely and effective care, ensuring your pet receives the attention they need without the stress of travel.

Some issues cannot wait, or require care at a full-service emergency hospital. In those cases, we will coordinate our patients’ referral to an emergency hospital, and will forward our patients’ records so the hospital team is prepared to provide seamless, coordinated care.
