    Veterinary Assistant

Rebekah graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Affairs and a minor in Marine Biology. From a very young age, Rebekah has been passionate about the active protection and conservation of marine life. Before joining our practice, Rebekah worked as a Marine Fisheries Observer, where she collected biological catch data onboard commercial fishing boats for NOAA all over the Northeastern United States coast.

When she’s not dedicating her time to helping the patients at our clinic, Rebekah enjoys traveling, whale watching, and spending quality time with her three rescues: Sarabi- a sassy feline, Gus Gus- a curious chinchilla, and Bellatrix- a mischevious rabbit.

Rebekah hopes to expand her skills and knowledge of veterinary medicine so that she may one day be able to transfer her experience to the marine field. To further this goal she will be attending North Shore Community College's veterinary technician program to become a licensed CVT.
