We value your time and therefore give you a narrow window of arrival time for your appointment. You can help us by valuing our time as well. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible.
Cancellations less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment are subject to a cancellation fee equal to your housecall fee.
We charge this fee because your appointment reserves our time to be with you and your pets, at your home. That time slot is not available for us to offer to other clients in the interim. A cancellation within a day or two of the appointment therefore leaves us with an empty block of time that otherwise could have been offered to other clients, but that cannot easily be filled at the last minute, particularly given the logistics of scheduling appointments geographically.
